This is what in really happenning in Internet across the world. India is also in this gambling.

for example while you take a Broadband connection they give in prescribed form saying that 24 hours  unlimited  ,but these Internet connection provider's this includes BSNL keep on announcing changes in tarriffs that govern the Bill. How consumer courts and its laws could apply and can help people in this issue has to be looked in to. 

In Particular this type Internet usage 24 hours unlimited as issued in the beginning is not working Properly after the Present B J P government sworn in is also a truth. Internet provider say your limit has crossed and slow Internet connection will work till the next billing Date is also an information is flashing in our Internet connections. But 

their is no answer how this 24 hours unlimited connection committed for usage to users has not been honored? who is going to bell the cat? 

People who comment or question on the wrong acts of the  Union Government were facing this issue is the most popular talk in India, what about in other countries,may please comment here! 

Shall we expect Consumer court and forum will talk on this with the Union Government and Internet Providers before if they go for Judicial support to people.?
