Sit sometime on the exercise ball instead of a chair. This will make our abs and back to be strengthened. If you want to have a rest, take it. Because it is, cool. However, do not take it in the rest room that is on the same floor. Try out in some other floor. Have a short walk. Always stretch your hands and legs for while. It will relieve the body from the uncomfortable state. Always try to be creative. Close your eyes for a few minutes that will make you to be fresh.
If you feel something uncomfortable, try to have a coffee or water or some other refreshing drink that you like. Wash your face to be active.
