The factor which causes the tension is the great emotional urge we call it as an ambition. The person who has an indomitable urge for power, position or intellectual achievements often finds that he is unable to compete with others to get what he wants, or someone already has what he covets and thus becomes very apprehensive. They despair of getting what he wants and suffer from incurable stress. Among the causes of his tension one more item is intellectualism which can also create a tension. We can also notice these days that young scholars become mentally sick and disturbed due to excessive ambition. In this way, ambition for position, recognition or appreciation becomes a source of tension.
