Are you assuming that only meditation is the spiritual activity and all others are secular activities and we cannot overcome the mental tension through others. ok. Go ahead.Always establish a sweet,inward relationship with god.Once we become habituated to such an attitude we cannot be a prey to mental tension for long.It is also a good practice to relax yourself periodically. That will be fine.It will tone you up.It has been proved that the activities of the brain do not cause fatigue too. The last word in dealing with tension is, of course,practicing the presence of god.
